Handcrafted dog paw balm is a great way to care for your dog's skin in any weather conditions. Not only does it nourish and hydrate, but it also acts as a barrier between the harsh chemical elements they can absorb through the skin. Chemicals such as lawn treatments, salt and brine, and other chemicals they may encounter simply taking a walk.
We only use high-quality natural ingredients, including:
~Beeswax
~Shea
~Avocado, Sweet almond, and Jojoba oils
~Coconut oil
~Vitamin E
~Lavender essential oil
A little balm goes a long way. The oils are absorbed fairly quickly while the beeswax and shea act as a sealant or protective coating on the skin. We add a few drops of essential oils, such as lavender, as it is known to be safe for dogs and has strong antibacterial and antiviral properties; it can also produce a slight calming or soothing effect when inhaled.
